Dear Partner in Care,
You know from your experience working with us, patients always come first at St. Tammany Health System. We work hard to stay on the forefront of innovation, studying new technologies for their value to our community, listening to you and acquiring new equipment as our community physicians show us the value of those investments.
We were first on the Northshore to launch our robotics institute back in 2007, and with each successive innovation in the intervening 14 years, we have remained on the forefront of technology. We always welcome your ideas for ways we can partner in service to your patients and ours.
Another part of our patient promise is our commitment to safety. As such, we continue to adjust our rules related to COVID-19 and its variants. We keep the policy updated at StTammany.health/CV19visitors.
The latest figures are of concern, and we strongly urge you, your staff and your patients to do all you can to be part of the solution. Get vaccinated. Wear a mask in groups, and stay home when you don’t feel well.
Getting a vaccine is free and easy. Just call (985) 898-4001 or schedule on MyChart.
Gratefully,
Joan M. Coffman, FACHESt. Tammany Health System president and CEO
