Dear Partner in Care,
Is there any better way to celebrate than a second line parade? Our neonatal intensive care team moved into their new space in our new south tower in October, and they did it with New Orleans flair. Check out their second line parade video at StTammany.health and on Facebook, where you can share it with your staff, colleagues and friends.
Frivolity aside, we’re excited to finally move the NICU team and their precious, fragile patients into the state-of-the-art spacious new unit located on the tower’s third floor. With far more room per bay, the new NICU will support the growing need for space to host new technology and team members seeing to our tiny patients’ needs.
We’ve had Level III neonatal intensive care here at St. Tammany Health System for decades, and this new location just adds to the professionalism and world-class care our babies and their families deserve and expect from us here at STHS!
Gratefully,
Joan M. Coffman, FACHE STHS President and CEO
